What we collect
When you join early access, we collect your email address, selected intended uses, written use description, preferred product color, answer about interest at $29.99, and consent. Your first name and how you heard about Puck It are optional.
Why we collect it
We use this information to evaluate whether and how Puck It should be developed, prioritize use cases, validate pricing and color interest, prevent duplicate registrations, and send development or launch updates you requested.
Spam and security
The site may briefly process basic request metadata for abuse prevention. Rate limiting uses a one-way keyed hash rather than retaining raw IP addresses in the rate-limit file. Server logs managed by the hosting provider may separately contain normal request data.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. We may use service providers needed to host the site or deliver email updates, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain early-access research while it remains useful for product development or until you request deletion.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your signup, or unsubscribe from updates, by emailing [email protected]. We may ask you to verify control of the email address before completing a request.
